In addition, the LLC will construct $4,219,144.75 worth of park <br />improvements on the ~3 Signature Parks' per the enclosed plans and cost evaluation spreadsheets. <br /> <br />Work-In-Progress <br />We are continuing to study design alternatives, cost implications and other issues related to the following park, street and <br />stormwater management components: <br />· Stormwater pond edge treatment <br />· Stormceptor, pipe splitter, spreaders and catchment areas <br />· Bridge structures, or other options, at Rhinestone and Zeolite <br />* Future park amenities within the three Signature Parks (swim pond feasibility, 4-season park structures, amphitheater <br /> etc.) <br />· Civic Square and Downtown Commons - design refinements and detailed cost estimates <br />· Phasing of park improvements - preliminary construction schedule <br />· Relationship to park and recreation programs and staffing requirements <br />· Relationship to park maintenance and operations <br /> <br />Next Steps <br />As part of this process, we would like further discussion witl~ the city in terms of proposed budgets for infrastructure <br />improvements related to the three Signature Parks, and the issues listed above (for example: streets along park edges, <br />b~idges/park crossings, trunk storm sewer or other stormwater components and so on).
