like that the letter highlights what Ramsey is doing to conserve the resource and that the <br />challenge regarding the aquafer and surface water management is identified. <br />7.06: Consider Adopting Resolution #15-07-177 Approving Multiple Agreements Related <br />to the Previously Approved Purchase Agreement, Site Plan Approval, and Livable <br />Communities Grant for Sunwood Village; Case of CommonBond Communities <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and stated that the intent is <br />to make some slight revisions based on comments received by City Attorney Langel and briefly <br />reviewed those proposed amendments. <br />Councilmember Riley referenced the replacement as the permittee and questioned if that <br />replacement would put the City in a disadvantageous position. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill provided additional information on the change of <br />ownership and did not have any issues. <br />City Attorney Langel stated that after reviewing those agreements he has no problems with the <br />change in ownership. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the proposed amendments. <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to adopt Resolution <br />#15-07-177 Approving Multiple Agreements Related to the Previously Approved Purchase <br />Agreement, Site Plan Approval, and Livable Communities Grant for Sunwood Village; Case of <br />CommonBond Communities, amended as discussed. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Shryock, Johns, <br />Kuzma, Riley, and Williams. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Strommen. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />8.01: Verbal Update on Road Construction Projects — Bruce Westby, City Engineer <br />City Engineer Westby stated that there are several road reconstruction and construction projects <br />ongoing at this time, including the Highway 10 and Armstrong intersection. He provided a brief <br />update on the progress of the road construction occurring near Highway 10 as well as the other <br />projects within the City. <br />8:02: Other <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />9.
