A successful outcome of this work is that, by 2016, the Council will provide a level of technical <br />assistance that ensures that communities clearly understand water supply -related plan and permit <br />expectations for consistency with Council policy and the Master Water Supply Plan. Local <br />comprehensive plans, including implementation plans that support regional water supply <br />sustainability, will be approved by 2020.
