STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />Allina Medical Clinic, <br />vs. <br />State of Minnesota and <br />County of Anoka, <br />Petitioner, <br />Respondents. <br />kaiffiCty <br />TAX COURT <br />TENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br />PETITION FOR REVIEW OF THE <br />2005 REAL PROPERTY TAX <br />ASSESSMENT (PAYABLE 2006) <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA <br />STATUTES SECTION 278.01 <br />COMES NOW the Petitioner and petitions the Court for review of the 2005 Real Property <br />assessment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 278, and in support of such Petition, pleads <br />certain objections and defenses, together with allegations in support thereof as follows: <br />COUNT I <br />1. The Petitioner herein was, on January 2, 2005, the owner of, or had substantial <br />interest in, the property involved in this Petition, the same being coded by Property Identification No. <br />R24-32-25-31-0003 ("Petitioner's Property"). <br />2. The Assessor for the City of Ramsey, County of Anoka, for the January 2, 2005 <br />assessment placed a market value upon Petitioner's Property in an amount whereby Petitioner's <br />Property was assessed at a valuation greater than the real, actual or market value. <br />COUNT II <br />1. Petitioner realleges the allegations contained in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Count I. <br />2. In the valuation and assessment of Petitioner's Property, the said Assessor has <br />intentionally and systematically discriminated against Petitioner's Property in favor of other <br />Allina\ana0420061 1 <br />
