Determining that all real property in the State of Minnesota is required by law to be <br />uniformly valued at its real or actual market value for purposes of taxation and that if a percentage <br />or ratio of actual value is systematically used in arriving at the estimated market value of any real <br />property, then all property, including Petitioner's Property, is entitled to the benefit of the said <br />percentage or ratio so utilized. <br />5. Determining that market value of Petitioner's Property for the assessment year in <br />question, the assessed value and the taxes assessed thereon be reduced in accordance with the <br />Court's determination of value as requested herein, and reduced further in accordance with the <br />Court's findings of inequality of assessment of Petitioner's Property. <br />6.
