Seconded by Mr. Nelson. <br /> Motion carried. The hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. November <br /> 4, 1974 on the Carter Valley rezoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we accept the Elk River Blacktop Inc. bid <br />subject to Mr. Fricke's review and recommendation and subject to <br />installation this fall and bond be presented before work starts. <br />Seconded by Mr. Reimann. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we appoint the names of the following to the <br />Horse Committee: Tom Gamec, Ralph Schuneman, Leonard Lewis, A1 <br />Kempf, and Richard Swanson, 5840 160th Lane N.W. Mrs. Oliphant <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved we pay the bills as listed. <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Nelson seconded <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved we send a letter to go along with the letter <br />the County is sending to the residents living on the east side <br />of the Rum River informing them that they will be voting in Grow <br />Township or the City of Andover and the few residents living on <br />the west side of the Rum River, who will be voting at the Ramsey <br />Town Hall due to the change in boundaries through the incorpora- <br />tion proceedings. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved we stay with the $5,439.91 or else go to just <br />Class V. on Jarvis St. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion car- <br />ried. <br /> <br />Mr. Nelson moved the bill for Mr. Ernest Larsen's assessor certi- <br />fication be paid. Seconded by Mrs. Oliphant.
