moved we accept Plan #1 and forward it to the Metropolitan Council
for their approval. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried.
Mr. Sha will let us know in plenty of time if we should become
concerned. Mr. Sha explained the sewer plan to the people present.

Fred LaBounty: He wants a driveway to come out on HM. #83 on his
land. It was suggested he sell the entire ~0 acres and then he
would not have to be concerned about the subdivision ordinance
provisions.

Rodney Elvine: Mr. Reimann moved we deny this building for stor-
age because of the height in a residential area. Seconded by Mr.
Hopperstad. Motion carried.

Herb Smith: Wants an additional building for storage. He will
sign a statement that this building will only be used for storage.
Mr. Reimann moved we grant permission for this storage building
2Ox2~. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried.

Election dates will be given us by Mr. Goodrich.

All supervisors are available at their homes and all the names are
at the top of the Newsletter. Mr. Reimann moved that we do not
put Mrs. Oliphant's statement in the Newsletter. Seconded by Mr.
Nelson. Motion had four yes votes. Mrs. Oliphant opposed it.

Mrs. Gary .Johnson, 15147 Ramsey Blvd. N.W., wants a beauty parlor
in her home. All of her neighbors have signed that it is agree-
able with them except for Mr. Menkveld, who owns a lot across the
street. He does not live there. Mr. Hopperstad moved we grant
permission for this beauty par].or on the recommendation of the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Reimann added we require a
turn around in her yard so cars would not be backing out on to
Ramsey Blvd. Seconded by Mrs. Oliphant. Motion carried.

Report on the hole on 151st Lane N.W. After the order has been
served for 15 days, if the hole is not filled, it will be filled
by the Township.

Gilson Plat: They want the Town Board to overrule the Planning
and Zoning Commission. He is on notice that if he spends any more
money on this plat that it will probably be turned down. Mr. Good-
rich told him that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town
Board can make decisions without having everything written out to
cover every contingency. Mr. Reimann moved that due to the long
roads and the high cost of maintaining it, he feels we should turn
down this sketch plan. This sketch plan, as presented, would be
unlikely to receive preliminary approval. Seconded by Mr. Hopper-
stad. Motion carried.

Stull Addition: This plat has 5 lots. They would give money for
parks. Discussion. Mr. Reimann moved we accept the Stull Addi-
tion preliminary plat but the road is to be finished out to the
north edge of the property with a temporary turn around at the
last division of property lines. They are to fill out variance
