are going to be a lot of meetings missed, it should be called <br />to their attention and the board should check into this. It will <br />be discussed at our next regular meeting. <br /> <br />We will need more garage space for storage for this winter. Check <br />into adjoining land with Mr. Holm. Gary and Kay will look for a <br />building site and get some residents to work with them on finding <br />a suitable site for a Township building and garage. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Hopperstad to adopt the State Code on <br />building along lakes, streams, or rivers and to furnish a docu- <br />ment by an engineer or surveyor which indicates the highest known <br />water elevation at the building site; to fill the building site <br />to an elevation so that the lowest floor of the home (slab or base- <br />ment) is three (3) feet above the high water elevation; provide <br />documentation f~om an engineer or surveyor that the conditions in <br />number two (2) above have been complied with; if it appears that <br />a potential erosion problem will become manifest as a result of <br />filling the lot, a letter stating the methods used to alleviate <br />the situation should be made as part of the application. Seconded <br />by Mr. Reimann. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Hagen Addition: We will have a public hearing on roads in the <br />Hagen Addition to put 3 inches of Class V and assess it back to <br />the property owners. Mr. Hopperstad will take care of this mat- <br />ter. <br /> <br />Discussion on the Occupancy Permit. Mr. Hopperstad moved we de- <br />lete all of Section 7 completely from the Occupany Permit Ordinance <br />No. 73-2 the penalty to be up to $300 per day for the builder and <br />the buyer individually and separately for each day of violation <br />and to be strictly enforced, and after the initial trip the cost <br />will be $25.00 for each additional trip to be paid to the Town- <br />ship in advance of the trip. Seconded by Mr. Reimann. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Mr. Hopperstad to permit Mr. Pittman, the Build- <br />ing Inspector, to have a master plumber assist in inspecting the <br />plumbing on commercial or industrial buildings. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich will check out the Coon Rapids conservancy ordinance <br />and have one ready for the next meeting. <br /> <br />Discussion on the proposed horse ordinance. The ordinance was <br />read by Mr. Cox~as received from the Planning and Zoning Commis- <br />sion. Mr. Reimann moved we pass this horse ordinance with the <br />changes as made by the Planning and Zoning Commission, this or- <br />dinance to be known as No. 75-3. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. The <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Don Carda: He wants to build a storage building for his camper, <br />boat, etc. 22x30 at 15315 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. and he will sign <br />a paper stating this building will only be used for storage for <br />now and for all time. Seconded by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
