Seconded by Mrs. Oliphant. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:O2 <br /> <br />Mr. Gamec: Wants a variance for a horse shelter. Discussion. <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we accept the recommendation of the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission for a 2Ox24 horse shelter for Tom Gamec at <br />5810 Neon St. N.W. for two horses and not to be used for commer- <br />cial purposes and it will subject to the. inspection of the Horse- <br />men's Committee and the new horse ordinance when it is adopted. <br />Seconded by Mr. Cox. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:10 <br /> <br />Hagen Builders: Autumn Heights final plat: Discussion on possi- <br />ble dairy store, barber shop, etc. for the neighborhood in their <br />commercial area. Mr. Hopperstad moved we accept this final plat, <br />Autumn Heights on County Road No. 83 and that Lot 1 Block 3 will <br />be subject to Board approval for commercial devel- <br />opment. Seconded by Mrs. Oliphant. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:18 <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved Mrs. Astrid Guy be appointed Clerk to fill <br />out the term of Mr. James Peterson who lives in the area that was <br />annexed by the City of Anoka. Seconded by Mrs. Oliphant. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />10: 20 <br /> <br />A & R Development: Want a variance on Sunfish Lake'Blvd. for a <br />commercial piece of property that is 181.86 feet on the road where <br />it should be 200 feet. This lot is 500 feet dee~. The proposed <br />building for a water softener company would be 36x50. The attorney <br />stated this would have to be subject to a public hearing. This <br />hearing was set for July 23rd at 7:00 p.m., to be held by the Town <br />Board. <br /> <br />10:25 <br /> <br />Deerwood Plat Contract: Mr. Hopperstad moved we enter into the <br />contract with Deerwood Plat with the stipulation in the agreement. <br />Seconded by Mr. Cox. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:26 <br /> <br />Rodeo Hills roads: These culverts have not been cleaned out. Be- <br />cause these roads were not brought up to standard for such a long <br />time, the culverts have much sand in them. There is also a damaged <br />culvert. Mr. Reimann will check out these items on these roads. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we ask for bids on seal coating some of our roads. <br /> Seconded by Mrs. Oliphant. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:42 <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we purchase a larger second hand air condi- <br />tioner for the Town Hall and deduct the $50.00 for the present air <br />conditior~hich is too small; at.:a._~rice of $125.O0, less the $50.00 <br />which leaves a net cost of $75.00. Seconded by Mr. Cox. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />10:45 <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we appoint Mr. Gary Reimann to fill out the <br />term of Mr. Herb Murphy on the Town Board. Seconded by Mr. Cox. <br />Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Murphy has moved out of the Town- <br />ship to a farm north of our area. <br /> <br /> <br />
