- 3- T.B.6/17/75 <br /> <br />Mr. James McGrath: Requested a variance to build a pole barn for <br />horses. He has the signatures of the surrounding property owners <br />agreeing to this matter. Mr. Murphy moved we approve this vari- <br />ance. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Blacktopping on 153rd Avenue N.W. Some of the residents living in <br />this area have expressed interest in having this avenue blacktopped. <br />Wow ill publish a hearing for this blacktopping on 153rd Avenue for <br />July 9, 1975 at 7:00 p.m. and notify the property owners that would <br />be affected because the cost of this would be assessed back to the <br />property owners who would be benefitted possibly to one-half mile <br />from this street. <br /> <br />Mr. Fred Klammer: He has a ditch between his property and that of <br />Mr. Stenberg' Mr. Cox read the letter sent to us by Mr. Klammer. <br />Mr. Klammer explained his problem about drainage at his place on <br />Helium St. N. W.. Mr. Quickstrom's attorney had writtenMr. Elam- <br />mcr a letter about this matter. The Town Board agreed to fill the <br />ditch but not take care of the washout on the river bank. Mr. Pitt- <br />man stated that Mr. El~_-w, er gave Mr. Quickstrom's people permission <br />to put in this ditch. Mr. Klammer agreed that he had. The Town- <br />ship has taken measures to stop any more water going into this <br />ditch from the road. Mr. Fricke and Mr. Hoppers~ad went out to <br />check this drainage problem. Mr. Goodrich said we should check out <br />to see what the Township's responsibilities are on these roads. Mr. <br />Kl~_,,,erwill call Mr. Hopperstad tomorrow. Mr. Klammer will get <br />written perm~tssion from the property owners to do this work. <br /> <br />Mr. Lloyd Bearl: He wants a mobile home for surveillance purposes <br />at their gravel pit at 61OO Industry Ave. N.W. and part office space. <br />This will be referred to the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Herb Murphy read us his resignation letter. The Town Board <br />expressed theirregret that he had to leave the board. He has <br />moved to a farm some ways north of Ramsey Township. We shall miss <br />him. Mr. Cox wished him the best in the world. <br /> <br />Rodeo Hills roads: <br />roads are in shape. <br />20th. <br /> <br />Mr. Fricke stated the gravel is on and the <br /> Mr. Fricke will review these roads on June <br /> <br />A & R Development requested a variance. This was referred to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Gravel: Mr. Nelson moved we advertise for bids for 10,000 yards <br />of Class V gravel. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried.' <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Dillon: He stated a couple of week ends back there <br />were 25 vans camp.ed on not publicly owned property in his neigh- <br />borhood. He has contacted an attorney. On Fridaynight the <br />Sheriff's office was notified but did not respond. There are not <br />any "no trespassing" signs on this property. This matter will be <br />reviewed further. <br /> <br /> <br />
