Ed. Rennet & Sons Well::~rilling. Co.: Requested a variance to set <br />their building with a Set back of 5 feet from the west line of <br /> <br />their property. It is in an industrial zone. Hr. Chapman <br />the lend'abutting this and sent a letter stating he has no objec- <br />tion this. .Mr. Murphy moved we grant this variance as recommended <br />by the Planning .& Zoning .Comtssion. Seconded by Mr. HopperStad. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Russell Ives, 1522~ Sunfish .Lake BlVd. N,W,.- requested per- <br />mission to put up a building 2&x~O to be used .for aaisn ,shop on <br />the back part of his lot. He said there would.not be additional <br />traffic, that he would be the only person working .in this build- <br />ing and that he delivered his. signs. <br /> would <br /> be <br /> a <br /> frame build- <br />ing with a hip. roof and[would conform to <br /> the buildings in the area. <br />He is losing his lease in Anoka. because of the medical clinic tek, <br />ing his present location. This matter was tabled until the regu- <br />lar meeting Monday night, May' 20th. <br /> <br />Hr. Howard Gebert, wants to subdivide $?? feet on 16?th Avenue <br />into two lots, the east of which would be 200 feet:on the Avenue.' <br />Hr. Murphy moved that we grant Hr. 'Gebert this variance with the <br />Krovision that he pays the $100 park fee on each:, lot' Seconded <br /> y Mr. Nelson. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Hr. Hopperstad will check oUt the Klemish roads for the return of <br />his performance bond. This will be .voted on May 20th. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Neary has-requested permission .to put posts across <br />159th Avenue to stop traffic from going .Onto this land, especially <br />field parties. We will. check with Hr. Goodrich to see if this is' <br />legal. If so, the Town Board also would like to discoura~these <br />field parties. <br /> <br />Rodeo Hills: Hr. Hall has indicated he wants an additional two <br />weeks to finish the road work to bring .these.. roads up .to ~Township <br />standard before we activate his bond to do this. He was told to <br />send a letter with this request .to the Town .Board for the meeting <br />on May 20th. <br /> <br />Discussion. on Hagen Plat, Aut;,,m Heights on Armstrong Blvd. Just <br />north of Trott Brook. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schneider came in from a Park Board meeting~ held at the Muller <br />home. They had checked over the park property proposed in the plat <br />across the street from the Town Hall. <br /> <br />Dept. of Natural Resou~ces~ Send letter to City of Anoka, <br /> <br />We will ask Mr. Goodrich to send a letter to Hr. Gilbert Menk~., <br />veld informing him that-he will have 10 days from the receipt of <br />the letter to fill this hole or the Township will, fill it in and <br />charge or assess him for it. · Have Hr. Goodrich check, out the o~ner- <br />ship of this lot. <br /> <br /> <br />
