Mr. Reimann explained to
her that the engineer always send us his report on the sketch plan
or plat prior to the meetings. To have the engineer present at the
meetings would involve much expense unnecessarily.

Mr. Goodrich informed us that the State said we should not have a
well inspector. Mr. Nelson said he thought we should look into
this more definitely. It was concluded we should wait until we
know whether or not we are going to be an incorporated city.

Street Signs: We should require that street signs be in before a
developer is allowed to sell lots. Mr. Reimann stated no roads
are accepted until the street signs are in.

Clyde Russell: We are having complaints on Yakima Street, 166th
Ave. and Maniteau Blvd. in this addition. Mr. Reimann will take
copies of the letter received from Mr. Fricke, regarding the cost
to Mr. Russell of bringing these roads up to standard, to the
people living on Yakima St. and Maniteau Blvd., so they will under-
stand that this is Mr. Russell's responsibility.

Jerry Root:
Coquina St.

He has a business operation in a residential area on
Letter will be sent to him regarding this matter.

Some of the Planning & Zoning Commission meetings last too long
and have too long an agenda. When this is the case, the Commission
can either continue the meeting to another time or schedule an
additional meeting, whichever 'best fits the situation.

There will be a public hearing on April 22, 1974 at 7:00 on rezon-
ing parts of area B-2 along the Mississippi River to residential.

There will be a public hearing on April 22, 1974 at $:00 p.m. on
the proposed horse ordinance.

Harbor Development: These people should have to get all the
necessary permits before we give them this permit.

Mr. Nelson moved the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Mr. Hopper-
stad. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:50 p.m.

Res~pectfully~su~nitted
Deputy Clerk
