13.3.1 Subparagraph; Delete 13.3 in its entirety and substitute the following: <br />All notices to be given hereunder shall be in writing, and may be <br />given, served or made by depositing the same in the United States <br />mail addressed to the authorized representative (as specified in <br />Subparagraph 13.3 hereof) of the party to be notified, postpaid and <br />registered or certified with return receipt requested or by delivering <br />the same in person to the said authorized representative of such <br />party, or by delivered via telegraph or facsimile to a location or <br />number designated by such party, followed by mailed notice as <br />provided above. All notices to be given to the parties hereto shall <br />be sent to or made at the addresses set forth herein below.
