- g - T.B.11-19-73 <br /> <br />Fire Protection: It was brought to our attention that Anoka <br />charges $150.00 per fire call and Elk River charges $225.00. <br />This will be checked into. <br /> <br />Ed. Klemish: tie brought in a bank draft for $675.00 which is <br />escrow for Block 1, lot 1. He also brought a $22,000 bond for <br />blacktopping in the future. He is to get his easements and <br />deeds straightened out with Mr. Goodrich. He also brought a <br />check for $3gO0 for the park fund. Mr. Murphy moved we accept <br />this plat conditional on Mr. Goodrich's approval of the deeds <br />for certain roads and pursuant to the October 30th engineer's <br />report, article #5: <br /> <br />"The sewage disposal facilities proposed are individual sub- <br />surface (septic-tank) systems. The soils report indicates that <br />portions of Blocks g thru 7 are or may be unsuitable for sub- <br />surface disposal systems. The platting ordinance requires that <br />information regarding sewage disposal facilities be furnished. <br />We recommend that approval be withheld until the developer <br />provides information on proposed sewage disposal systems which <br />are suitable for the area." <br /> <br />Seconded by Mr. Cox. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion on engineer's report on Menkveld Country Park at 16511 <br />Yttrium St. N. W. Mr. Beatty wants the ditch cleaned out so he <br />can put in a culvert before the ground freezes. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we pay the bills listed. <br />Cox.
