Mr. Ernest Larson will do the assessing for our To~maship for the sum of $3,000. We will send him $700 in the month of December. He asked for secretarial help. Mr. Cox moved we hire Mr. Larson to do our assessing for 197~ at $3,000 and allow $500 for secre- tarial assistance. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. We will send minutes of our Planning and Zoning Commission minutes and the Town Board minutes to the secretary of the Anoka County Planning and Advisory Committee. This Cormmittee will take care of rescinding the action taken at their last meeting on the Carter Valley plat which had been tabled by our Planning and Zoning Com- mission. There will be a public hearing in this hall on Tuesday evening, November 2Oth on a request for rezoning from residential to com- mercial at the intersection of Highway No. 5 and No. 56 south of this point by Mr. Howard Lidtke. Mr. Menkveld withdrew his request for rezoning four lots from resi- dential to commercial between 150th and 152nd on Ramsey Blvd. N.W. Mr. Menkveld will pay for the publication of this notice. Mr. Felegy requested information about a permit for Harbor Devel- opment. Mr. Kordiak has been working with this company. Discussion on trouble being caused by the stop and go light on Park Street and Highway No. 10. There is a petition being circulated about the^crossing lights needed at No. $3 and Highway No. 10. We have contacted the Bur- lington Railroad about this matter. We have a request from Mr. John Dahl, new owner of DeZiel's Res- taurant, about the transfer of the cigarette license to him until the end of this year. Mr. Cox moved we grant a cigarette license to Mr. Dahl for this restaurant to the end of this year. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. The charge will be $2.00 in- stead of the usual $12.O0. We should request diagrams of all underground cables from Northwest- ern Bell Telephone Co. Mr. Goodrich said we should have a master map on hand in this office, for electric, gas and telephone lines. We should have these maps so we will know 20 years from now where these lines are. Then these should go to the engineer and have him put them on a master map. Also ask them to submit a letter with their plan~ to explain these utility lines. Ford Brook Estates: Mr. Jerry Bauer brought a signed slip that the roads in this plat have met the engineer's specifications and was told they could pick up their maintenance bond tomorrow.
