- 2 - T.B.11-19

Discussion on the incorporation hearing to be held Nov. 26~ 1973
in the Commissioners Room in the Court House in Anoka. Hopefully
this will be our last hearing on this subject.

Mr. Hopperstad moved we require each house in Ramsey Township to
have a minimum size of g inch reflective house numbers that are
visible from the street. Mr. Auspos said this was necessary for
safety in case an ambulance or the police are called. Seconded
by Mr. Cox. Motion carried.

Discussion on a license fee and bond for plumbers and well drillers.
Mr. Goodrich will get one ready for the next meeting.

Discussion on roads in developments in the Township on which we
have been receiving complaints. The Township is considering two
possibilities, either the developer brings these roads up to
standard or the Township do~bhis and assess~it to the property
in the development. People who live in other parts of the
ship do not feel that they should build up the roads for the de-
velopers and so when there are complaints on development roads,
it was felt the Board should bring it to the attention of the de-
veloper first and if there is no response, then the Township go
ahead, fix the roads and assess the area where the roads need to
be improved in the development.

Mr. Menkveld wants to bring a trailer house up near the area where
he keeps his pigs because some of them have been stolen. In view
of the fact that trailer houses are not permitted for living quar-
ters in the Township, Mr. Hopperstad moved this request be denied.
Seconded by Mr. Cox. Motion carried.

Wages for fence installation for the Township:
leave them at their present level.

It was decided to

Mr. Peltzer will be notified that the deeds should be changed in
wording. The outlot and the lot owned by Mr. Robertson have been
approved for purchase from Mr. Peltzer and Mr. Robertson at a price
of $2500 for the outlot and $2500 for the lot ovmed by Mr. Robert-
son. The abstracts have been checked by Mr. Goodrich and are in
good order. The deeds will be checked again when they have been
corrected and then the Peltzers will be paid for these lots. We
will get a larger storage box at the bank to accommodate abstracts,
etc.

Mr. Erwin Specht had written the Board a letter requesting a per-
mit to shoot a twenty-two for target practice on his 160 acres
farm. Mr. Cox moved we grant Mr. Specht permission to shoot his
Twenty-two on his property~ until Dec. 31, 1973.

Mr. Gilbert Menkveld requested permission to shoot a twenty-two
on his farm. Mr. Cox moved we grant Mr. Menkveld permission to
shoot his twenty-two on his farm~ until Dec. 31, 1973.
