T.B. 10-15-73 <br /> <br />Mr. Don Bearl requested a permit for the Police Department and <br />the Sheriff's Department to use their gravel pit for target <br />practice. Mr. Mike Auspos has checked out this situation and <br />has drawn up a one year certificate to cover it. Mr. Cox moved <br />we grant this permit on the Bearl pit. Seconded by Mr. Hopper- <br />stad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Eight houses were shot into on the week end of October 6th and <br />?th. One bullet went through a front door. Three complaints <br />were received from Sunfish Lake Blvd. residents, who said that <br />11 year old children were shooting guns and rifles. <br /> <br />Mr. Maynard Haskins was present with a complaint about the roads <br />in Riverwood Hills 2nd Addition. The school buses couldn't get <br />in to some of the homes. The roads and corners are too soft. <br />The roads need something to build them up and make them more <br />solid. They said they had put ~6 yards of concrete into their <br />driveway and now they are building the road higher than the drive- <br />way. Mr. Hardle said they would have these roads all taken care <br />of by the end of this week. This will be checked out. <br /> <br />Ford Brook Estates roads have not had the items which were brought <br />to their attention on their roads, taken care of as yet. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved Mr. and Mrs. Jack Schneider be appointed <br />to the Park Board and Mr. Mel James Jr. and Mr. Gerald Mausolf <br />be released from the Board. Mr. James has moved out of the Town- <br />ship and Mr. Mausolf's work schedule interferes. <br /> <br />Church Permit: The park fee of $3200 was paid this evening. We <br />still need the easements for drainage and the road bond. Mr. <br />Hall will take the drainage easements to Mr. Goodrich to be checked <br />out and then Mr. Raudio will bring in the road bond. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved that Mr. Bradley Bodle, Mr. Nyle Emmans, <br />and Mr. David Ghapman be appointed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. We will write letters of appreciation for the time <br />and effort Mr. Dennis Anderson, Mr. Clyde Russell, and Mr. Ber- <br />nard Wurm have put in serving our community on this Commission. <br />Mr. Cox seconded this motion. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Woodland Green: Final plat. The slough will not be drained. <br />A certificate of deposit for $35,000 was received from Mr. Gor- <br />ham as escrow for the blacktopping of the roads in this addition. <br />A certified check for $13,O00 will be brought in tomorrow to cover <br />any work left to be done on the roads at this time. Mr. Gorham <br />was commended by the Town Board on the way in which he handles <br />his developments. Everything is done as it should be done and <br />when it should be done. We have no problems with his develop- <br />ments. Mr. Cox moved we accept the final plat on G~cc~L~ad~~~ <br />l-t~. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved that every house must have a culvert installed in <br />the driveway before the occupancy permit will be issued unless <br />they have a written permit from the Township Engineer stating it <br />is not required in that certain instance. Seconded by Mr. Hopper- <br />stad. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
