He will <br />exclude lot GG as an unbuildable lot and this will~tatedrin_ the <br />deed and he will send a copy of the warranty deed'{o the ~ownship <br />after it has been recorded. He must fill out a variance form on <br />this matter. Motion was made by Mr. Cox that this variance be <br />granted to Gordon Wheeler on the south 233 feet of the east 698.22 <br />feet of the west 964.22 feet of the north ½ of the NE ¼ of Section <br />16, Township 32, Range 25, subject to road easement over the north <br />33 feet of the west 66 feet thereof. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion on Hall-Anderson Acres. He was told to contact Mr. <br />Fricke when he has completed his work. He cannot get any permits <br />until this work is completed. He can get two permits in Golden <br />Eagles plat. <br /> <br />Lawsuit with Brooklyn Center: Metro Council has put in an answer <br />and it also covers us. See Dick Sha about this. <br /> <br />E-V Builders Variance request: Mr. Murphy moved we grant this var- <br />iance which has been checked out by Mr. Goodrich. Seconded by Mr. <br />Cox. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Gun Ordinance change: The owner or l~see of 40 acres or more can <br />come in to the office to get a permit to shoot just slugs during <br />deer season only. The above motion was made by Mr. Cox to change <br />Ordinance 73-10 with the addition~change of 500 feet instead of <br />500 yards." Seconded by Mr. Murphy. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The owner or someone with a badge may be allowed to practice shoot <br />in Bearl's gravel pit. They will need a permit from the constable. <br /> <br />Mr. Mike Auspos works from ten to twenty hours a week for the Town- <br />ship with no remuneration. He should be paid for this. Some men <br />doing this work are getting $6.00 per hour plus uniforms. They <br />get $5.00 per hour at ball games. Mr. Cox moved we hire Mr. Aus- <br />pos at $5.00 per hour not to exceed 20 hours per week. Seconded <br />by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich will writ~to Mr. Jahnke about his junk in his yard. <br /> <br />Resolution to be sent to the I~C: Whereas the City of~ Anoka has <br />proposed to extend its northwestern boundary to 149th Avenue, <br />westerly to include the landfill and southerly along Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard and County Road No. 57 to the Mississippi River; and <br />whereas we feel this is unreasonable and would take away from an <br />industrial and residential tax base that would hinder Ramsey from <br />becoming a viable governmental unit; and whereas earlier meetings <br />with Anoka had indicated cooperation in squaring off any~irregular <br />areas; be it therefore resolved that the Town Board of Ramsey re- <br />quests the Minnesota Municipal Commission that the existing bound- <br />aries between Anoka and Ramsey be maintained with no further al- <br />terations. <br /> <br /> <br />
