- 2- <br /> <br />We have a request from residents living on Juniper Ridge Drive <br />for the school bus to come in there this fall. The cul de sac <br />at the end of this drive is not large enough for the school bus <br />to turn around. Mr. Neary was present who has an interest in <br />this plat and he stated they would enlarge the cul de sac to <br />accommodate the school bus on Juniper Drive to be ready for this <br />fall term of school. <br /> <br />Discussion on the Aydt property. The Board would be interested <br />in purchasing eight acres at the time the School District makes <br />their purchase at the average cost per acre. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich will bring the gun ordinance to the next Town Board <br />meeting. We will issue permits as this is the only way any shoot- <br />ing can be done in the Township. No rifles or slugs will be per- <br />mitted. <br /> <br />Cesspool placement. We shall request that all houses have sewer <br />outlets stubbed out thru the front wall of the basements of all <br />houses. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved we have a permit fee of $5.00 for the occupancy <br />permit. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. Opposed <br />by Mr. Murphy. <br /> <br />Mr. Vander Pol presented the final plat of Windsorwoods in the <br />northwestern part of Ramsey Township with 70.6 acres and 18 lots. <br />He will pay money for parks. Mr. Vander Pol indicated he would <br />like to put a restriction on the lots in Block 1, lots 1 thru 5 <br />for a riding trail easement purpose. Mr. Hopperstad moved we <br />accept this final plat at the recommendation of the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission called Windsorwoods. Seconded by Mr. Cox. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Cherrier presented the A & R Development plat called Wood- <br />lav~Estates with ~0 acres and 29 lots. They will pay money for <br />parks. He indicated they would like to put a restriction for a <br />20 foot easement for recreational purposes on the west wide of <br />this plat in Block 2, lots 1 and 2 and BLock 1, lots t, 2, and <br />5. Mr. Cox moved we accept this final plat. Seconded by Mr. <br />Hopperstad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we adjourn.
