Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Ramsey, et al. <br />Court File No.: 02-CV-14-5758 <br />Parcel No.: 6PE <br />Property Address: unassigned situs, Ramsey, MN <br />PIN No.: 28-32-25-22-0058 <br />Dear Interested Party: <br />The enclosed notice is sent to inform you that the County will be acquiring any lands from you that are <br />necessary to improve the CSAH 83 (Armstrong Blvd.) and TH 10 grade separated interchange project <br />from CSAH 116 (Bunker Lake Blvd.) to Riverdale Dr. NE, in the City of Ramsey, which work includes <br />access closure, grading, aggregate base, bituminous surfacing, curb & gutter, railroad overpass, ponding <br />and drainage, and signal systems at designated locations along the project corridor. The work will also <br />include reconstruction of CSAH 83 from a two-lane to an urban four -lane roadway and extending <br />Riverdale Drive and other related improvements to provide for the safety of the traveling public. The <br />construction is scheduled to begin late Winter or early Spring 2015. <br />In the near future, you will also be served with a Notice giving the date for the Court hearing on the <br />Condemnation Petition. These notices mean that the lands in which you have an interest have been <br />included in a condemnation action. <br />Although legal action has now been commenced, the County is still interested in obtaining your affected <br />land by direct purchase. The County Highway Department has representatives available to speak to <br />anyone wishing to negotiate further. If you feel there are factors present that the County may have <br />overlooked in determining the amount offered for your property, please feel free to contact the following <br />individual: Curt Kobilarcsik, Engineering Program Manager, Phone (763) 862-4223. Perhaps a <br />satisfactory settlement can be reached.
