- 2 - T.B.7-16-7] <br /> <br />Mrs. Bray, who lives near the gun club, said some of the late even- <br />ing shooting was not coming from the gun club but across from it. <br />It was thought that four or five rows of trees would be needed on <br />the north and east sides. <br /> <br />Mr. Tim Peterson requested rezoning of Lot 1, Block 1, Plat 5 in <br />Dunham Oaks on Highway #47 to put up a building in which to house <br />his trucks in the winter time. The outside of the building and the <br />s~rounding area would be kept nice and neat. Mr. Hopperstad moved <br />we grant this request for rezoning on the recommendation of the Plan- <br />ning and Zoning Commission who have held a public hearing on this <br />matter. Seconded by Mr. Cox. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Dr. Brunell: Discussion on the plan for an animal hospital on <br />Highway No. l0 at the corner of Ramsey Blvd. The Board did not <br />approve of having the entrance on Highway No. l0 and suggested he <br />have the road run along the railroad tracks and the building closer <br />to the highway. <br /> <br />A person who is putting cars for sale along Highway No. l0 across <br />from the entrance of Highway No. 57 will have to be contacted° <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved we grant a variance on this business lot located on <br />Highway No. 56 and Highway No. l0 to be used for an animal hospi- <br />tal. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Prairieview Plat: Surveyor is Keith Gram: Owner Stephen Holasek. <br />Discussion on 153rd Avenue which borders this plat on the north and <br />is not completed. After much study the Board suggested some changes <br />be made in this plat. We will call our engineer in the morning and <br />tell him this. <br /> <br />Report on the school site. The School Board is meeting this even- <br />ing on this matter. They have narrowed the choice down to two <br />sites. They may select a site for a junior high school in this <br />Township also. They will build a 26 room elementary school. <br /> <br />Horsemen's Council: They have contacted all the cases that have <br />been turned over to them by this office. <br /> <br />Announcement: No unlicensed motorcycles, motor bikes or motor <br />scooters can use any part of the road right of way. Children should <br />walk in the ditches. <br /> <br />Wells: Mr. Barkuloo was present per request of the Town Board. <br />He gave us information on the new state law on wells and licensing. <br />After July 15, 1973 all wells have to be tested. A report must ~.o <br />to the state within 60 days after the well has been drilled. One <br />copy of the report goes to the home owner, one to the Township <br />office, one to the well driller and one to the state. There will <br />be a few minor changes in the law and Mr. Barkuloo will notify us <br />about them. The home owner pays for the water test which is $15.00. <br />The well driller's license fee is $t00.O0 per year. The decal <br />showing he is licensed must be placed on each side of his machine. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich was requested to prepare an ordinance for wells and <br />one for guns for the next meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
