On their schedule they mention shooting
until sundown. This seems to be a nebulous term and people who
were present would like to have this defined. It was suggested
we write to Federal Cartridge for a more definite schedule. Mr.
Ron Jerich said there is no fence around the gun club and no signs
and that children could wander in there and get hurt. Mr. Bulen
felt that the gun club paid more taxes than surrounding property
because it is a commercial venture. Mr. Cox stated he did not
think they were paying much more in taxes and thinks this should
be checked into. He thinks they should be required to put in a
fence and trees and shrubs for a sound barrier. He said the hunt-
ing licenses would give the times for "sundown." Mr. Jerich asked
if Federal Cartridge could not be brought in to discuss this matter.

A letter from a horsemen's council was read. They offered their
services in helping with the horse problems in our community. We
are very happy about this and Mr. Murphy suggested the Town Board
have a meeting with their committee.

Mr. Goodrich had drawn up a summarized guide li~e for subdividing
and platting in our Tov~ship. Motion carried.

Mr. Hopperstad moved we repeal the moratorium ordinance 73-7 as
read by Mr. Goodrich. Seconded by Mr. Cox. Motion carried~

The application form for variances was presented by Mr. Goodrich.
The occupancy permit form was also presented by Mr. Goodrich.
The performance contract form was dra~ up by our engineering firm.

Mr. Cox moved we adopt the three types of road specifications drawn
up by our engineering firm namely~ standard rural street section~
standard urban street section and standard suburban street section.
Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. It grants a five man board,
etc. We did not get the resolution to stop Anoka from annexing
and also did not get the financial help for our roads that we are
so much in need of.
