- ~ - T.B.5-1-73 <br /> <br />At the present time there are two culverts needed where they <br />were not put in by the developers. The developers are to put <br />these culverts in. <br /> <br />The planting of trees will also be put on the occupancy permit. <br /> <br />We received three types of road drawings from the engineer, Mr. <br />Fricke. <br /> <br />The wording for the repeal section of the zoning code is to be <br />sent to Mr. Tooker. It is expected that everything will be ready <br />and completed for the May 21st meeting with regard to the zoning <br />code, map, and moratorium. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we adopt Ordinance 73-1 amending the Ramsey <br />Township Zoning Plan and Building Code, Adopted March 30, 1951 <br />but changing the word "inspector" to zoning officer. Seconded <br />by Mr. Cox. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved we adopt Ordinance No. 73-2 with the follow ing <br />changes: Add the section on trees, add evergreens, add culverts; <br />this ordinance requiring a certificate of occupancy for any newly <br />constructed structure or structures used in a non-conforming man- <br />ner and providing penalties for failure to obtain such certificate. <br />Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />73-3 Subdivision Ordinance: Mr. Hopperstad moved we adopt this <br />ordinance with change 7.05 requiring easements and 9.09 (b) re- <br />quiring paving in r-l, r-2, i-l, b-l~ and b-2. it~ the i-l~areas <br />the depth of the paving will be determined by the engineer. <br />Seconded by Mr. Cox. Motion carried. <br /> <br />These ordinances will be printed in the paper. <br /> <br />Mr. Neary who owns land along the Rum River just south of 159th <br />Ave. requested that this bend in the river area be taken out of <br />c-1 and put in r-1 because it is all high land. The Town Board <br />agreed to do this. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Cox. <br />carried.
