- 2 - P.H.T.B.~-23-9 <br /> <br />Mr. Neilson: Said he was representing A & R Development. In the <br />northwest corner of the Township the NW½ of SW~ and NE¼ of <br />of Sec. 8, Tov~ship 32, Range 25. Two of these quarters are high <br />and one is low. They request that the two quarters that are high <br />be changed from a-1 to ~-1. Mr. Murphy stated that the Township <br />felt that for the health and welfare of our community they needed <br />to plan for 2½ acre lots in the northern and outlying areas. If <br />the zoning has taken place, they could ask for rezoning. These <br />developers had two court cases on this land and then the moratorium <br />and that is the reason this property was not developed before. <br />They have spent money on planning and development~this property. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Rohl brought a map of his property on 155th Ave. N.W. <br />He feels that c-1 is incorrect zoning for this property as it is <br />not low land. He wants this changed to r-1 zone. He was told to <br />come in after the zoning had been set up to have it rezoned. <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld asked if the set back was from the lot line and was <br />told that it was. <br /> <br />Mr. Lindsey: Do you plan on making any more changes on this be- <br />fore it becomes law? Answer: If everything is ready it will be <br />passed either on May 1st or on May 21st. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved the hearing be adjourned. Seconded by Mr. Hopper- <br />stad. Motion carried.
