SPECIAL MEETING <br />RAMSEY TOWN BOARD <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />April 11, 1973 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by the Chairman of <br />the Town Board, Mr. Murphy. Present were Mr. Cox, Mr. Hopperstad, <br />of the Town Board and Mr. Reimann, Mr. Russell, Mr. Wurm, Mr. Sor- <br />teberg, r Anderson, Mr. Springer, Mr. Pittman, and Mrs. Guy of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Murphy stated we were there to look at the proposed zoning <br />ordinance and the proposed zoning map. He said we would go through <br />the ordinance page by page and then study the map. <br /> <br />Page 3: Change wording to "commercial stables and riding academ- <br />ies and put on the condition uses side of the sheet. <br /> <br />Page 5: Exclude 3 and 8. <br /> <br />Page 5: Take out word "hunting" and make it "game preserves." <br /> <br />Page 6: Strike out "even though." <br /> <br />Page 6: Eliminate E completely. <br /> <br />Page 7: Electric transmission lines. <br /> <br />Page 8: Mr. Reimann moved we leave it at ~O,0OO square feet. <br />Seconded by Mr. Anderson. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Page 26: Under section 9 Definitions - Mr. Tooker will put in the <br />correct wording for public sewers. <br /> <br />Page 10: Mr. Reimann moved we eliminate B. <br />son. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Seconded by Mr. Ander- <br /> <br />Page 10: Take out word "abandoned." Check with Mr. Goodrich. <br /> <br />Page 11: Mr. Reimann moved that every below ground level swimming <br />pool have a 4 foot fence at least. Seconded by Mr. Anderson. Mot- <br />tion carried. <br /> <br />Page 11: Item C 32 square feet on signs. <br /> <br />Page 12: O.K. <br /> <br />Page 13: Item A under 6.8: Mr. Sorteberg moved we change it to <br />one employee. Seconded by Mr. Anderson. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Page 1~: Cross out the $200 and make it "to cover all costs." <br /> <br />Page 15: Change Village Council to Town Board and correct spelling <br />of word"file." <br /> <br /> <br />
