At this time the <br />Town Board members expressed their appreciation to these two men <br />for taking their time to come out to this meeting to help us <br />with our zoning problems. <br /> <br />Mr. Murphy polled the members on their ideas about the map. <br /> <br />Mr. Russell: I acre lots and depend on the percolation tests. <br />Mr. Reimann: Keep it at 5 and 2½ acres and rezone where necessary. <br />Mr. Pittman: No particular change. <br /> <br />gr. Wurm: He thinks the large acreage makes a lot of roads for <br />a few homes. He said no to the 5 and 2½ acres. <br /> <br />Mr. Hopperstad: 1 acrs and percolation tests. <br /> <br />Mr. Springer: Agrees on using the percolation tests. <br /> <br />Mr. Sorteberg: Throw out all green acres north of Trott Brook. <br />Township dedicate or buy land along Trott Brook~and Rum River <br />and use percolation test. A-1 along railroad tracks. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson: Agrees with A1 on district north of Trott~Brook <br />and to use percolation test. A-1 along railroad tracks and use <br />as an industrial soil bank. Commercial along HM. 10 and commer- <br />cial along #~?. 1 acre lots on the Mississippi River. <br /> <br /> <br />
