- g - T.B.2-20-, <br /> <br />Mr. Raudeo was present asking about road bonding on Golden Eagles <br />Estates. The roads are not in in this addition and we do not have <br />a performance bond. He wants the Building Inspector to issue a <br />permit for Lot 10 in Block 1. The instructions to the Building In- <br />spector are that no permits are to be issued unless the roads are <br />in. Mr. Raudeo said he had posted a bond on Dec. 15th for $21,986 <br />with the Great American Insurance Company. The present estimate on <br />the bond for this addition is $27,500. Houses built in this addi- <br />tion cannot come out on Variolite Street. Mr. Cox moved we give <br />Mr. Pittman permission to issue one permit only for Lot 10 Block <br />1 in Golden Eagles Estates, this permit not to be issued until the <br />performance bond is posted with the Township, the house to face <br />west, access on Willemite Street only, provided the Township will <br />not be held responsible for any damages ~that may result, the tem- <br />porary access to be removed at the owners expense, Mr. Munns to <br />check out the performance bond, and Mr. Sha to check out the road <br />bond. Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The audit meeting will be held March 6th at 7:30 p.m. at the Town <br />Hall. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved we adjourn the meeting.
