- 2 - <br /> <br />Mr. John Speakman represented Mr. and Mrs. Roger Dickenson with a <br />request for a variance on a lot of about ½ acre called Parcel D. <br />Mr. Hopperstad moved we accept Parcel D legally described as: Part of <br />lot 26, Aud. Sub.96, Cert. of Survey 10-11-72 made by John O. Oliver <br />and said Parcel shall be exempt from Platting Ordinance #8. Seconded <br />by Mr. Cox. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Airport Research Report: Had a hearing on October ~th. Next hear- <br />ing is Nov. 1~ at Anoka Sr. High School. Watch the papers for an <br />announcement. It is very important that the people attend this <br />hearing. Airport would affect our property as well as that in Grow <br />Township. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox moved we appoint Mr. Richard Barstow to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission to replace Mr. Jerich who has resigned. Seconded <br />by Mr. Hopperstad. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann was asked to have the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />work on an ordinance covering this area on junk cars. Several ques- <br />tionable areas were mentioned with regard to this matter and Mr. <br />Goodrich was requested to write letters to the offenders, such as <br />Spruce Haven, Larry Steenerson and the pony farm. <br /> <br />Wednesday at 12:00 noon the Town Board will go to Mr. Lorentzen's <br />place across from the Tec. Johnson wants to know when we are <br />going to have a committee to find a piece of land for the new school. <br />Need 15 to 25 acres. We would like to use the same building as a <br /> Town Hall in the future. They would like to have this done right <br />away. Mr. Cox will work on this committee. <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Green asked about the possibility of putting a mobile <br />home on the Boy Scout property. <br /> <br /> <br />
