Some- thing is going to have to be done to encourage development in the southeast part of tho Township. The costs are mainly to the streets and therefore i~ the services could be put in before the streets are blacktopped this helps, Some communities put in cheap street con- struction before the services are put in. Sealed wells are a great thing. Mr. Murphy stated that after consulting our o~n attorney and the Leagme of Manicipalities it was learned that a moratori~,~ is legal and may be needed to consider roads, sanitation, etc. and it seems well to consider 'this at this time. It would be published in the paper and a hearing would be held lO days after publication which would be on October 9th, a combined meeting of the Town Board and the Planning and Zoning Commission. We are not opposed to developers or to de- velopment. We just want some order to it. Mr. Cox moved that we have a public hearing lO days after publication of this matter in the ~ogal paper and the shopoer and hold a public hearing and special lovm B~a~d meeting at 8:00 p,m, Seconded by Mr. Hopperstad.
