-3- <br /> <br />There have been complaints about developers letting litter from <br />their building operations blow around and not keepint it picked <br />up. They must comply with the Township lit'~er laws. Mr. Pitt- <br />man stated he would contact the developers about this matter. <br /> <br />Mr. Barstow stated that on the east side of the Township across <br />the river there are two street signs needed on Merrystone and <br />~anoke Lane. Signs will be ordered and Mr. Barstow will install <br />them. fie is ~;oing to repair some of the other signs. <br /> <br />Action on secretary for the Township. Mr. Peterson will place <br />an ad in the papers twice. ~,'~. Cox suggested the secretary also <br />do weed inspecting. Mr. Peterson stated they already had a weed <br />inspector. Letters of application must be in before July l~th <br />for secretary. <br /> <br />Park Fund: Money for parks is coming in from developers. <br />Cox moved we establish a park fund. Seconded by Mr. Scarborough. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. ]~arstow: Repairs on the grader will run about ~900.00 He <br />said we should think about oet~zng another second, hand grader <br />before winter because all the work cannot be done with this <br />one zrader. It will not stand up under all the work needing to <br />be done. <br /> <br />The Town Board suggested that Mr. Barstow get together with the <br />Pl~,nning and Zoning Commission to determine road work that ~eeds <br />to be done in the To~mship. They were also instructed to get <br />bids on repairing a piece of road on 167th which was repaired <br />iast year but has not stood up. <br /> <br />Last meeting a petition was received requesting a clean up on <br />Rhinestone ~nd l~3rd. This has been done. <br /> <br />2]_ b. omes on Townshi~ Road l~6th Ave. N.W. between Variolite and <br />Armstrong '~!lvd. N.'..f. requested something be done about a dust <br />problem there. They were informed it would need a petition with <br />the cost being assessed against the property owners. <br /> <br />We received a quit claim deed for easement for road from <br />Peltzer SW~~ of SW-~- '~ec. 22, Tov~nship 32, Range 2~, Anoka County. <br /> <br />Mr. Hoium brought the final plat for Sports Haven with 48 acres <br />and 26 lots. It had been passed by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. it is on 167th Ave. N.W. Mr. Cox moved that this <br />plat be accepted. Seconded by ~. Scarborough. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Hoium brought the final plat for Rolling Green Addition with <br />38 acres and 31 lots. This plat had been passed by the Planning <br />and Zoning Co~aission. Mr. $carborough moved this plat be accepted. <br />~econded by Mr. Cox. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
