Graves Company, Inc. <br /> <br />August 31, 1983 <br /> <br />I have received a revised building plan as well as a revised site plan for the <br />proposed addition to the Louis N. Graves Company building. All of the plan <br />deficiencies that I noted in my memo of August 15, 1983, a copy of which is <br />attached, have been satisfactorily completed. <br /> <br />Accordingly, I would recommend that Mr. Graves be authorized to proceed with <br />his proposed addition, contingent upon his entering into a development agreement <br />with the following stipulations: <br /> <br />1) That all sheds, including the box car, shall be removed from the site. <br /> <br /> 2) That all site construction and building construction shall be done <br />in accordance with the plans dated August 30, 1983 that were submitted to the <br />Building Official on August 31, 1983, including bituminous surfacing and striping <br />of the proposed parking spaces. <br /> <br /> 3) That all the construction, including site improvements, shall be <br />completed prior to July 1, 1984. <br /> <br /> 4) That the applicant shall provide the City of Ramsey with a cash security <br />in the amount of $500 to guarantee compliance with the terms of this agreement. <br /> <br /> 5) That failure to comply within the time frames established in paragraph <br />three shall result in forfeiture of said $500 cash security. <br /> <br />CRB:pjc <br /> <br /> <br />
