I I I I I I I I I I I I i CITY OF RAMSEY AGREemEnT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTASLISg~n BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY I~T AND I~RPOSE To insure that all conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey for all non-residential developments be fully understood by the applicant and insure that the applicant fully complies with all conditions established by this agreement dated this day of September, 1983. DESCRIPTION OF ~ROP]~TY The property is generally known as 6314 West Highway %10, Ramsey. CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT 1) That the site plan submitted by the applicant shall be marked as Exhibit "A" and incorporated as a part of the agreement. 2) That all construction, including site improvements, shall be completed as shown on Exhibit "A". 3) That all exist'lng storage sheds, box cars, etc. shall be removed from the site. 4) That the applicant shall provide the City of Ramsey with cash security in the amount of $500, which cash security shall guarantee compliance with the terms of this agreement and shall be refunded in full at such time as all the requirements herein set forth are completed. 5) That all construction, including site improvements, shall be completed prior to July 1, 198~and further, that failure to comply shall result in forfeiture of said $500 cash security. We the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge that we have read and understand the terms of this development agreement.
