I <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AGREemEnT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH <br />DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTASLISg~n <br /> <br /> BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I~T AND I~RPOSE <br /> <br />To insure that all conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey <br />for all non-residential developments be fully understood by the applicant <br />and insure that the applicant fully complies with all conditions established <br />by this agreement dated this day of September, 1983. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF ~ROP]~TY <br /> <br />The property is generally known as 6314 West Highway %10, Ramsey. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> 1) That the site plan submitted by the applicant shall be marked as <br />Exhibit "A" and incorporated as a part of the agreement. <br /> <br /> 2) That all construction, including site improvements, shall be completed <br />as shown on Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 3) That all exist'lng storage sheds, box cars, etc. shall be removed <br />from the site. <br /> <br /> 4) That the applicant shall provide the City of Ramsey with cash security <br />in the amount of $500, which cash security shall guarantee compliance with <br />the terms of this agreement and shall be refunded in full at such time as <br />all the requirements herein set forth are completed. <br /> <br /> 5) That all construction, including site improvements, shall be completed <br />prior to July 1, 198~and further, that failure to comply shall result in <br />forfeiture of said $500 cash security. <br /> <br />We the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge that we have read and understand <br />the terms of this development agreement. <br /> <br />BY: CITY OF RAMSEY BY: APPLICANT <br /> <br />~late: <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />Mayor: <br /> Thomas Gamec <br /> <br />Representative, Louis Graves Company: <br /> <br />Witness: <br /> <br /> <br />
