Frankly, I think that was the origi.na~ intent of th t paragraph. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will and approve/disa'ppro_ve <br />of amending your ordinance. ~ ~ ~ <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL REQUEST; CASE OF RUM RIVER HILLS PLANNED ~NI~ <br />DEVELOPMENT: <br /> <br />The developer has received conceptual approval for his Rum River Hills <br />PUD from the Park and Recreation Commission, City Council and the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission and now he is seeking preliminary approval. <br /> <br />The developer appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission on August <br />2, 1983 for the public hearing on the proposed preliminary Rum River <br />Hills PUD and then the Planning and Zoning Commission took their action <br />approving the proposed findings of fact on Rum River Hills and also <br />recommended preliminary approval of the subject PUD.
