Frankly, I think that was the origi.na~ intent of th t paragraph. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will and approve/disa'ppro_ve <br />of amending your ordinance. ~ ~ ~ <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL REQUEST; CASE OF RUM RIVER HILLS PLANNED ~NI~ <br />DEVELOPMENT: <br /> <br />The developer has received conceptual approval for his Rum River Hills <br />PUD from the Park and Recreation Commission, City Council and the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission and now he is seeking preliminary approval. <br /> <br />The developer appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission on August <br />2, 1983 for the public hearing on the proposed preliminary Rum River <br />Hills PUD and then the Planning and Zoning Commission took their action <br />approving the proposed findings of fact on Rum River Hills and also <br />recommended preliminary approval of the subject PUD. Enclosure (D2-d) <br />contains the following documents which are submitted for your information <br />on this case: <br /> <br />a) Excerpt of Park and Recreation Commission meeting minutes dated <br /> July 26, 1983 - pages 1 & 2 of 14 <br />b) Excerpt of Council meeting minutes dated July 26, 1983 - pages 3, 4 & 5 of <br />c) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing meeting minutes 14 <br /> dated August 2, 1983 - pages 6, 7 & 8 of 14 <br />d) City Staff memo to Planning and Zoning Commission dated July <br /> 29, 1983 - pages 9 & 10 of 14 <br />e) Excerpt of Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated <br /> August 2, 1983 - pages 11, 12 and 13 of 14 <br />f) Findings of fa~t - page 14 of 1~ <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action on this case will be as follows: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - You will have to approve/disapprove/amend <br />the findings of fact which have been submitted by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission.
