,I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- <br />POSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the sealcoating improve- <br />ment of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 160th Avenue N.W. between the line of Kangaroo Street <br />N.W. and the west plat boundary of Forest Hideaway. <br /> <br />b) 159th Lane N.W. between the line of Kangaroo STreet <br />east to its end at the cul de sac. <br /> <br />c) Kangaroo Street N.W. between the line of 159th Lane <br />N.W. and 161st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) Iguana Street N.W. between the line of 159th Lane <br />N.W. and 161st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />and the contract price for such improvement is $6,611.20 and the expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement emount to <br />$ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be <br />paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ -- and the portion of the <br />cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be <br />$ <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk with the assistance of City <br />Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates~ Inc. shall forth- <br />with calculate the proper ~mount to be specially assessed for suck improve~ <br />ment against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the dis- <br />trict affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and <br />he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public <br />inspection. <br /> <br /> 3~ The City Administrator/Clerk shall upon the completion of <br />such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
