I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- POSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the sealcoating improve- ment of the following streets: a) 163rd Avenue N.Wo between the line of Okapi Street N.W. and the east plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates b) 164th Circle between the line of Marmoset Street N.W. west to its end at the cul de sac c) 164th Avenue N.Wo between the line of Okapi Street N.W. and the west plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates d) 164th Lane N.W. between the line of Okapi Street N.W. and Marmoset Street N.W. e) Marmoset Street N.W. between the line of 163rd Avenue N.W. and the north plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates f) Okapi Street N.Wo between the line of 163rd Avenue N.W. and 164th Lane N.W. and the contract price for such improvement is $6,776.95 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the poxtion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ -- and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $ 2~ The City Administrator/Clerk w~th the assistance of City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. shall forth- with calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such. improve- ment against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the dis- trict affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3) The City Administrator/Clerk shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof~
