I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- POSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the sealcoating improve- ment of the following streets: a) 167th Lane N.W. between the line of County Road #83 (Armstrong Blvd. N.W.) to the west plat boundary of Autumn Heights. b) 168th Avenue N.W. west to the cul de sac and east to the cul de sac. c) 169th Avenue N.W. between the line of Rabbit Street N.W. and the west plat boundary of Autumn Heights. d) Puma Street N.W. between the line of 167tk Lane N.W. and 168th Avenue N.W. e) Rabbit Street N.W. between the line of 168thAvenue N.W. and 169th Avenue N.W. f) 167th Lane N.W. between the line of County Road #83 (Armstrong Blvd. N.W.) east to 168th Lane N.W. g} 168th Lane N.W. between the line of Nutria Street N.W. to the north plat boundary of Autumn Heights. h) Nutria Street N.W. between the cul de sac and the north plat boundary of Autumn Heights. and the contract price for such improvement is $9,078.65 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of suck improvement amount to $ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOL%~ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ -~ and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $ 22 The City Administrator/Clerk with the assistance of City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. shall forths. w~th calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improve- ment against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the dis- trict affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3~ The City Administrator/Clerk shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof.
