I <br /> <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br />i <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- <br />POSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />a) 155th Avenue N.W. between the line of Ramsey Blvd. <br />N.W. (County Road #56) and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) Variolite Street N.W. between the line of 155th <br />Avenue and 161st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />and the contract price for such improvement is $185,293.55 and the expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to <br />$ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be <br />paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ and the portion <br />of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared <br />to be $ <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk with the assistance of City <br />Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. shall forth- <br />with calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improve- <br />ment against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the dis- <br />trict affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and <br />he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public <br />inspection. <br /> <br /> 3) The City Administrator/Clerk shall upon the completion of <br />such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
