'1 I I I I I I I I I I I I i I RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- POSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of the following streets: a) 152nd Avenue N.W. between the line of Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (County Road #56) and east to its end at the cul de sac b) 153rd Avenue N.W. between the line of Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (County Road #56) and Jaspar Street N.W. c) Jaspar Street N.W. between the line of 151st Avenue N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. d) Hematite Street N.W. between the line of 152nd Avenue N.W. north to include parcels 4500 and 4200 of Plat 89222 (PIN 922-32-25-24-0009 and 22-32-25-24-0001 inclusively) and the contract price for such improvement is $66,191.00 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ -- and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $ 2) The City Administrator/Clerk with the assistance of City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. shall forth- with calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improve- ment against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the dis- trict affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3) The City Administrator/Clerk shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof.
