In all residential zoned subdivisions, all telephone, electric and gas <br /> service lines shall be placed underground. <br /> <br /> 2. Ail utility poles, except those providing street lighting, shall be <br /> placed in rear lot line easements where feasible. <br /> <br /> 3. Ail underground utility service lines. <br /> <br />170.0310 FINAL PLAT <br /> <br />170.0310A PROCEDURE <br /> <br />Prior to the City Council approval of a final plat, the following procedures <br />shall be followed: <br /> <br /> 1. Within six (6) months following approval of the preliminary plat, <br /> unless an extension of time is requested in writing by the subdivider <br /> and granted by the City Council, the subdivider shall file six (6) <br /> copies of the final plat, together with any necessary supplementary <br /> information, with the Zoning Officer. <br /> <br /> 2. Provide Abstract. <br /> <br /> 5. The subdivider shall pay the fees of the City Engineer and the City <br /> Attorney for their services and reports rendered in connection with <br /> the final plat. <br /> <br /> 6. The final plat shall be prepared in accordance with all applicable <br /> federal and state laws and county ordinances. <br /> <br />170.0310B CITY ACTION <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council shall act on the final plat within sixty (60) days of <br /> the date on which it was filed with the Zoning Officer and pursuant to <br /> state statute. <br /> <br /> 2. No final plat shall be approved by the City Council without required <br /> staff reports. <br /> <br />170.O310C RECORDING <br /> <br />Final plat shall be recorded within 120 days of Council approval. <br /> <br />170.0310D REQUIRED PLAT DATA <br /> <br />The following data shall be shown on the plat or shall be furnished therewith: <br /> <br /> 1.
