I I I I I I I I I I I I I 170.039V PUBLIC UTILITIES 1. In all residential zoned subdivisions, all telephone, electric and gas service lines shall be placed underground. 2. Ail utility poles, except those providing street lighting, shall be placed in rear lot line easements where feasible. 3. Ail underground utility service lines. 170.0310 FINAL PLAT 170.0310A PROCEDURE Prior to the City Council approval of a final plat, the following procedures shall be followed: 1. Within six (6) months following approval of the preliminary plat, unless an extension of time is requested in writing by the subdivider and granted by the City Council, the subdivider shall file six (6) copies of the final plat, together with any necessary supplementary information, with the Zoning Officer. 2. Provide Abstract. 5. The subdivider shall pay the fees of the City Engineer and the City Attorney for their services and reports rendered in connection with the final plat. 6. The final plat shall be prepared in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and county ordinances. 170.0310B CITY ACTION 1. The City Council shall act on the final plat within sixty (60) days of the date on which it was filed with the Zoning Officer and pursuant to state statute. 2. No final plat shall be approved by the City Council without required staff reports. 170.O310C RECORDING Final plat shall be recorded within 120 days of Council approval. 170.0310D REQUIRED PLAT DATA The following data shall be shown on the plat or shall be furnished therewith: 1. Names of the subidivision. -6-
