Municipal, township, county or section lines. <br /> <br /> 3. Accurate angular and lineal dimensions for all lines, angles and <br /> curvatures. <br /> <br /> 4. Scale of plat. <br /> <br /> 5. Official monuments. <br /> <br /> 6. Pipes or steel rods shall be placed at each corner of each lot; <br /> <br /> 7. A numbering system. <br /> <br /> 8. Streets and all names shown. <br /> <br /> 9. In the event the final plat is a replat of an earlier subdivision, the <br /> original platting of the subdivision shall be shown and identified by <br /> dotted lines; <br /> <br /> 10. Judicial and county ditches shall be shown. <br /> <br /> 11. Low land and water areas shall be indicated by an identification <br /> symbol; <br /> <br /> 12. Ail utility and drainage easements shall be shown. <br /> <br /> 13. The names and platting of adjoining subdivisions shall be shown. <br /> <br /> 14. The maximum highwater level, present water level and benchmark as <br /> defined in Department of Conservation Regulations and Statewide <br /> Standards and Criteria for management of shoreland areas of Minnesota; <br /> <br /> 15. Statement dedicating all streets, alleys and other public areas not <br /> previously dedicated. <br /> <br /> 16. Name and address of developer and the surveyor preparing the plat; <br /> <br /> 17. Attorney's approval of title; and <br /> <br /> 18. Statement dedicating all easements not previously dedicated. <br /> <br /> 19. A reproducable copy of the final plat shall be prepared as an address <br /> map. <br /> <br />170.0310E FINAL PLATS, CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />The final plat shall contain the following certifications: <br /> 1.
