I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br />210.016B <br /> <br />UNSUBDIVIDED LAND <br /> <br />No lateral service shall be extended to any unsubdivided lands until such time <br />as the following criteria have been met: <br /> <br />Trunk service is available and has been assessed. <br /> <br />The subject property shall be platted in accordance with the <br />subdivision regulations of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Lateral service may be extended to areas where trunk service is not <br />available if the petitioners agrees to pay all the costs for necessary <br />trunk extensions on an interim basis and subdivide the property in <br />accordance with b. above. <br /> <br />210.016C <br /> <br />PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />All public property shall be subject to the same restrictions as established for <br />existing subdivisions. <br /> <br />210.017 <br /> <br />HOOKUP POLICIES <br /> <br />210.017A <br /> <br />EXISTING SUBDIVISIONS <br /> <br />It shall be the responsibility of the owner to connect to the public utilities, <br />i.e., sewer, water, within one (1) year of the date of service availability. <br />At the time of hookup, the existing septic tank(s) shall be pumped free of <br /> <br />sludge and filled with a clean granular material. Also, any abandoned well(s) <br />shall be abandoned only in compliance with State Board of Health Regulations. <br /> <br />210.017B <br /> <br />PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />Connection to any public building or structure requiring public utilities shall <br />be made in the same manner as number 1 of the hookup policies. <br /> <br />210.017C <br /> <br />NEW CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />All new construction shall connect to public utilities prior to occupancy of the <br />s t ructure. <br /> <br />210.018 <br /> 1. <br /> 2. <br /> 3. <br /> 4. <br /> <br /> FACTORS AFFECTING PROJECT COST AND ASSESSMENT RATES <br />Efficient subdivision layout. <br />Adequate right-of-way. <br />Topography. <br />Geology. <br /> <br /> <br />
