I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I -6- 210.016B UNSUBDIVIDED LAND No lateral service shall be extended to any unsubdivided lands until such time as the following criteria have been met: Trunk service is available and has been assessed. The subject property shall be platted in accordance with the subdivision regulations of the City of Ramsey. Lateral service may be extended to areas where trunk service is not available if the petitioners agrees to pay all the costs for necessary trunk extensions on an interim basis and subdivide the property in accordance with b. above. 210.016C PUBLIC PROPERTY All public property shall be subject to the same restrictions as established for existing subdivisions. 210.017 HOOKUP POLICIES 210.017A EXISTING SUBDIVISIONS It shall be the responsibility of the owner to connect to the public utilities, i.e., sewer, water, within one (1) year of the date of service availability. At the time of hookup, the existing septic tank(s) shall be pumped free of sludge and filled with a clean granular material. Also, any abandoned well(s) shall be abandoned only in compliance with State Board of Health Regulations. 210.017B PUBLIC PROPERTY Connection to any public building or structure requiring public utilities shall be made in the same manner as number 1 of the hookup policies. 210.017C NEW CONSTRUCTION All new construction shall connect to public utilities prior to occupancy of the s t ructure. 210.018 1. 2. 3. 4.
