Senate File #66 <br />List of contractor's license applications <br />List of bills for the month of August 1983 and proposed resolution <br /> <br />I <br /> CASE $1: <br /> <br />SITE AND DESIGN PLAN REVIEW FOR ADDITION TO LOUIS N. ~RAVES COMPANY, INC. <br /> <br />Louis N. Graves Company, Inc. is requesting authorization to expand their <br />building located at 6314 West Highway #10. Accordingly, the Building <br />Official has reviewed their request and submitted a report which is included <br />as enclosure (D3-a) for your consideration in this matter. The Building <br />Official's letter dated August 16, 1983 to Mr. Mardy Hemark is also enclosed. <br />A development agreement could be drafted based on the recommendation in <br />the report and any other items you feel should be included. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action in this matter will be to approve/disapprove <br />of Mr. Louis N. Grave's request to add 2,400 square feet to his business <br />located at 6314 West Highway %10. If your action is to approve, then you <br />should direct Staff to prepare a development agreement and note which items <br />should be included in said agreement. The following proposed motion is <br />hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/disapprove <br />of Mr. Louis N.
