The firm of Evenson-Dodge has been most helpful on a number of issues that <br />I have discussed with them and so I have asked that they submit a proposed <br />agreement for Councilmembers to review. This is enclosed as enclosure <br />(D3-d). <br /> <br />Comments: I have worked with a number of financial consulting firms. They <br />are all very good, however, this firm really impressed me in certain areas <br />that I feel are important to us. We should start using a financial <br />consulting firm when feasible. I wouldn't change the way we have been <br />handling our present projects. We do need someone to watch our bond issue <br />in regards to callable issue bonds. Refinancing is advisable where savings <br />can be derived. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to review the agreement and discuss <br />it with City Staff. <br /> <br />CITY OF FRIDLEY'S REQUEST FOR SUPPORT IN ]LEC~%RDS TO ,CAT~: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-e) contains a letter from the City of Fridley requesting <br />that the City of Ramsay support their opposition to U.
