Should it be necessary for the Consultant to repeat <br />any of the services described in Sections I.A., I.B., and <br />I.C., which repetition is not the fault of the <br />Consultant, such service shall be recognized as an <br />additional service for fee purposes, and the Consultant <br />shall be compensated at the hourly rates presented in <br />Appendix B. <br /> <br />3. Work on cancelled projects and issues shall be <br />recognized as additional services for fee purposes, and <br />the Consultant shall be compensated at the hourly rates <br />presented in Appendix B. <br /> <br />4. Billings by the Consultant for additional service <br />fees shall be submitted and are payable upon completion <br />of the work. <br /> <br />C. Effective Date of Fees. Fees due pursuant to this <br />agreement, as presented in Appendices A and B, shall be in <br />effect for the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project and in <br />any event, for not less than one year from the date this <br />agreement is executed. <br /> <br />1. At any time after these expiration dates, rates shall <br />be subject to adjustment by the Consultant upon 30-day <br />notification to the Client. <br /> <br />2. None of the fees of this agreement shall be <br />applicable to an advance refunding issue, the fee for <br />which shall be negotiated between the Client and the <br />Consultant. <br /> <br />D. Negotiation of Fee. Any specific arrangements regarding <br />fee not covered by this agreement may be negotiated by the <br />Client and Consultant. <br /> <br />III. ASSIGNMENT OF CONSULTANT PERSONNEL <br /> <br />A. The following named individuals are assigned to <br />represent the Consultant in providing services described by <br />this agreement to the Client: <br /> <br />Wayne S. Burggraaff <br />Don Wyszynski <br />Don Keysser <br /> <br />These individuals may use other Consultant personnel to <br />assist them in the performance of these services. <br /> <br />B. Chaqges in Staff. The Consultant will advise the Client <br />in advance of any proposed changes in the Consultant's staff <br />~ssignment to enable the Client opportunity to discuss such <br />proposed changes with the Consultant. <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br /> <br />
