IV. TERMINATIO~N <br /> <br /> Except as otherwise provided, this agreement shall continue <br /> in effect subject to termination by either party upon ninety <br /> (90) days written notice to the other party. If the <br /> agreement is terminated by the Consultant, work underway will <br /> be completed.
