CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/13/2015 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />4. 14. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #15-10-260 Vacating Easement on Outlot C, ALPINE WOODS; Case of Oakwood Land <br />Development, Inc. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case to consider adoption of Resolution #15-10-260 vacating easements on Outlot C, ALPINE <br />WOODS. Necessary easements will be dedicated on a new plat known as ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION. <br />As drafted, the vacation would not become effective until the plat known as ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION <br />is recorded. The intent of this case is to vacate existing easements to avoid overlap and eliminate unneeded <br />easements. <br />Notification: <br />Notification was provided as part of the approval process for ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternative #1 - Vacate Easements. The necessary drainage and utility easements will be dedicated to the public as <br />part of recording of ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION. Additionally, the temporary easement for cul-de-sac <br />purposes will be replaced by a permanent right-of-way.
