CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 2ND ADDITION AGREEMENT dated this day of , 2004, by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a , Minnesota municipal corporation '(the "CITY") and RAMSEY TOWN CENTER, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the "DEVELOPER"). 1. Re_quest for Plat Approval. The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a plat for RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 2t4t) ADDITION (also referred to in this Agreement as the "Plat"). The land is legally described as: ~ Outlot BB, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota; (the "Subject Property"). 2. Ramse¥ Town Center Development Agreement. By execution of this Agreement, DEVELOPER acknowledges the Subject Property and its development contemplated by the Preliminary Plat is subject to the terms ~nd conditions of that certain document entitled: "CITY OF RAMSEY MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER By and Between CITY OF RAMSEY And RAMSEY TOWN CENTER LLC Dated September 17, 2003" (the "Master Development Agreement") The terms and conditions of the Master Development Agreement are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth at this point. DEVELOPER further acknowledges, by execution of this Agreement, receipt of a copy of the Master Development Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Master Development Agreement, the Master Development Agreement shall control. 3. Conditions of Approval. The CITY hereby approves the Plat on condition that: a. the DEVELOPER enter into this Agreement, and the DEVELOPER provide the necessary security in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
