The June 28 minutes were incorrect. <br /> <br />In view of the discussion, Council agreed to accept the performance <br />contract. <br /> <br />Motion by Reimann, seconded by Gorham to enter into performance contract <br />dated the 13th day of September 1976, with An0ka Industrial Park. <br /> Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Flintwood Hills Performance Contract. <br />Motion by Reimann, seconded by Gorham to enter into a performance <br />contract with N. D. No action. <br /> <br />Memo from Chief Auspos on Traffic Speeds. <br />Motion by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson that the city attorney contact <br />the approprite agency to have speed limit of 45 mph posted in the areas <br />listed on the memo. <br /> Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Forest Hideaway, preliminary plat. Mr. Demars &~.~.Balfany were present. <br />Councilman Mickelson read the P & Z minutes concerning this plat. <br />Mr. Fricke, Consulting Engineers, said he received all changes and <br />they have been made on the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Gorham, seconded by Cox to accept the preliminary plat of <br />Forest Hideaway as per Planning & Zoning Commission recommendations. <br /> Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Airport feasibility study. <br />Mr. Fricke presented a proposed resolution regarding the airport feasibi- <br />lity study.
