-5- <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />October 12, 1976 <br /> <br />Community School Program. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann, seconded by Councilman Gorham, to go with a part <br />time Community School Program and full time starting next fall at a cost of <br />$10,850 total cost to City of Ramsey. <br /> Carried 4 Ayes <br /> 0l~phant opposed <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cox, Gorham, Mickelson and Reimann feel a full time program <br />is needed to adequately to do the job~ <br /> <br />Dedication of Rivlyn AVenue. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Dickenson, owner of the'parcel do not want the parcel to become <br />a road. <br /> <br />This matter is hereby dropped. <br /> <br /> Variance request of Sylvia Carter. <br /> Motion by Councilman Relmann to table and send the request back to Planning <br />-~'Z6~-ing for more complete recommendation to.the City Council. <br /> <br />'Motion died for lack of second. <br /> <br />Engineer Sha said this would be a cumbersome parcel in resubdivision. <br />Mayor Cox said the area is high and would be buildable. <br />Councilman Gorham said he sees no problem in granting the variance, providing <br />the park fee is paid. <br /> <br /> Motion by Cox, seconded by Gorham to grant a variance to Sylvia Carter on the <br />~6-~-ing described property pursuant to the park fee of $100 being paid to the <br /> City. North 300 feet of the South 550 feet of the West 363 feet of the <br /> Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range <br /> 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Containing 2.5 acres, more or less, subject <br /> to that part thereof taken for County Road #83. 4 Ayes <br /> Councilman Reimann voted Naye <br /> <br />Variance request of Orville Gorton. <br />Due to lack of information on this request, this item tabled. <br /> <br /> Mr. Greenberg, Variance request to convey PrOperty in Indus'tri~l Park by Metes <br /> and'Bounds. <br /> 'Motion 6y'Cox, seconded by Mickelson to grant a variance to Mr. Greenberg and <br />-l~f~--S-auter to convey property by metes and bounds: the West 200' of that <br /> part of Lot I of the duly recorded plat of Auditor's Subdivision #30, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota line North of Lot #2 of Auditor's Subdivision #30, containing 1.49 <br /> acres more or less. <br /> Carried 5 Ayes <br /> <br />Variance request of Don Greenberg t'o'pl'acea'irpl'a'ne'hangers Within five feet of <br />the property line. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mickelson, seconded by Cox to grant a variance ~o Donald Greenberg to <br />-1-~-t-e airplane hangers within five feet of the lot line. <br /> Carried 5 Ayes <br /> <br />Relocation of the Pleasure Rink at Ramsev Elementary School. <br /> <br /> <br />
