-2- <br />Special Meeting <br />October 12, 1976 <br />Council <br /> <br />Mayor Cox expressed appreciation to Mr. Boarman for his efforts in the fine <br />presentation he gave. <br /> <br />Mr. Boarman said he does not have a lot of clients at present and is ready to <br />begin. <br /> <br />Councilman Gorham asked what the cost estimate would be through grant application. <br /> <br />Mr. Boarman replied that he would guessin the area of between $1,000 to $1,500. <br />He said this is a maximum cost figure and that he may be able to do it for $500, but <br />wants to give himself leeway. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Oliphant arrived at 7:30 p,m. <br /> <br />David Todd Runyan & Associates, Inc.
